The women in the Michelin Club went for the Menu Prestige, whereas the guys went for 3 courses from the A La Carte menu. The following dishes were served:

Foie Gras OR Braised pied de cochon
Turbot OR Lamb
Caramelised tarte Tatin of apples OR Bitter chocolate cylinder
Menu Prestige:
Foie Gras
Ravioli of lobster/langoustine/salmon
Turbot
Pigeon OR Lamb
Crème Brûlée OR Cheese
Mango/Jasmine/Passion Fruit Soup
Strawberry and Lemon balm
Wine:
The Wine was picked with excellent help from the Sommelier, where we had the following:
White: 2009 Grüner Veltliner 'Steinsetz', Schlojs Gobelsburg, Kamptal, Austria
Red: 2006 Barolo Ascheri, Italy
Port: 2 gl of Glenmoran Port
Dessert: 2008 Muskat Ottonel Auskse, Hans Tschida, Burgenland, Austria
Extras:
The restaurant furthermore served 4 extra tasters before dinner and 2 extra tasters after dinner.
This was the early days of the Michelin Club so unfortunately we didn't bring our camera that night and therefore don't have any pictures to share.
