The Square: Lasagne of Dorset Crab with a Cappuccino of Shellfish and Champagne Foam

A Wong: 'Memories of Peking Duck'

2 out of the 4 Michelin Club members have voted for this really nice starter from A. Wong. It was definitely Peking Duck like I have never tasted before and you didn't even have to roll them up yourself.

Le Gavroche: Roast Fillet of Galloway Beef, Potato Cake with Bacon & Red Wine Sauce

4 out of the 4 Michelin Club members have also voted for this excellet starter from The Square. It was so delious that we had to complain to the waiter that the dish was just not big enough. The waiter immediately sorted that out and served us a 2nd portion whiich we enjoyed as much as the 1st one.

The Ledbury: Jowl of Pork with Peas, Girolles & Black Pudding

Another dish from Le Gavroche got votes from 4 out of the 4 Michelin Club members. One of the best beef dishes we have  tasted and with some delicious potato cakes wrapped  in bacon.

Hide Above: Venison cooked in smoked butter, charcoal baked flatbread, pickles, mustard & molasses

The Vension from Hide Above was very tender and just melting in your mouth. It got a vote to be on the dream menu from 2 out of the 3 Michelin Club members, who had the dish..

The Pork dish from The Ledbury was honestly to die for and got a vote from 3 out of the 4 Michelin Club members. We were told by the chef that the pork was slow cooked for 8 hours - so it was literally melting in your mouth.

The Cheese Trolley at Marcus Wareing had a fantastic selection of diffrent chesses and got voted the best Cheese Course by 2 out of the 4 Michelin Club members.

Sketch: Pierre Cagnaire's Grand Dessert (A combination of Six Desserts)

The six mini desserts from Sketch where definitely something for the sweet tooth and again got a vote from 3 out of the 4 Michelin Club members. Just loved that we had a whole selection to try out and they were all really delicious.

Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester: BABA like in Monte-Carlo

Only 2 of the Michelin Members went for the Rum Baba dessert but the rest of us regretted not picking it - when we saw the Rum trolley supporting this Dessert being rolled in. The Dessert was delicious and got 2 strong vores to be on the Dream menu.

L'Ortolan: Caramel Slice (Puffed rice, caramel, Madirofolo ganache, popcorn ice cream)

This delicious dessert from L'Ortolan full of flavours  was the perfect finished of the night and therefore also got voted to be on the Dream Menu by 2 of the Michelin Members.
