We all went for the standard Kitchen Table menu where the following dishes were served:
SWEDE - Swede soup – apple marigold - carrot
CRAB - Crab - tart – sorrel – orange - lemon jam - pomelo
QUAIL EGG - Quail egg - potato – black garlic – balsamic – onion – chervil
CHICKEN - Chicken skin – bacon jam – rosemary mascarpone
PARKERHOUSE - Parkerhouse – 3 cornered garlic butter – wild garlic
MACKEREL - Mackerel – rhubarb – shiso – myoga – kombu – dashi - nori
SARDINE - Sardine – sourdough – gooseberry – horse radish crème fraiche - parsley
BRILL - Brill – foie gras – onion – spring onion – chive – sherry vinegar – thyme
BIGUSTO - Bigusto Ravioli– celeriac – brown butter – parmesan – black pepper – sherry vinegar - trompette
DUCK - Duck – sausage - sauce – yoghurt – perigord – juniper – cherry
BEAUVALE - Beauvale – fig roll – red wine
BEETROOT - Beetroot – sour cream – woodruff
RHUBARB - Rhubarb – milk ice cream – black pepper meringue – tarragon oil
CHERRY BLOSSOM - Cherry blossom – manni olive oil - pickled blossom
CHOCOLATE - Chocolate – crepe - cep

Wine:
The Wine was picked with help from the Sommelier, where we had the following:
White: 1 x Burgundy Domaine Vocoret “Les Pargues” 2017 (France)
Red: 1 x Pian dell’Orino, Rosso di Montalcino 2015 (Italy)
Dessert: 1 x Domaine de Souch, Jurancon Moelleux 2018 (France)
