1 x Chocolate and coffee tart, Dark and milk chocolate from Nicolas Berger, white chocolate and coffee ganache, hazelnut and almond praline and white coffee gelato
1 x ‘Hokkaido Potato’, Baked potato mille-feuille, saké and white chocolate mousse, butter and saké gelato
2 x Trivet Baba, Coconut, passionfruit and apple marigold (but we didn't like this one - so got send out and we didn't get charged for it).
Wine:
We had a great Wine experience with excellent help from the Sommelier to pick some different wines - so had the following:
White: Marjan Simčič Ribolla Classic 2022 (Slovenia).
Red: Xinomavro 'Alta' Naoussa, Thymiopoulos 2021 (Greece).
Dessert: 1/2 Domaine de Rancy 1992 (France) and 1/2 Chateau de Plaisance Chenin Blanc 2018 (France)
Extras:
Furthermore we got 1 taster before dinner and 2 tasters after dinner. We also got a very interesting chat and picture with the Head Chef - who used to be the Head Chef for the Fat Duck - just outside the open Kitchen at the end of the night.
