Ceviche of Hand Dived Scallops with Tokyo Turnips, Seaweed Oil & Frozen Horseradish
A Salad of Heritage Tomatoes with Goat's Cheese, Dried Olives & Green Tomato Juice
Steamed White Asparagus with Morels Cooked in Earl Grey Tea & Herbs
Cornish Turbot with Fennel, Mussels & Elderflower
Jowl of Pork with Peas, Girolles & Black Pudding
Roast Breast and Confit Leg of Pigeon with Salted Cherry Blossom, Red vegetables & leaves

Wine:
The Wine was picked with excellent help from the Sommelier, where we had the following:
White: 2005 Alvarinho Superior Dorado, Quinta do Feital, Moncao, Portugal
Red: 2010 Nero Sichilli, Savino, Noto, Sicily
Port: 4 gl of Gaivosa LBV
Dessert: 2008 Le Colombare, Recioto di Soave, Pieropan, Italy.
Extras:
The restaurant furthermore served 1 extra taster before dinner and 3 extra tasters after dinner. We also had a surprise desset since we were celebrating the engagement of Ingrid and Carlos.
Annette and Carlos also had a nice tour of the kitchen while it was still quite busy - but the chef still took his time to explain how the kitchen works.
