All 4 members in the Michelin Club went for the Tasting Menu, where the following dishes were served:
Tomatoes: Black Iberico, Raf and Camone with Fresh Curd and Olives.
Eel: Warm Salad of Lincolnshire Eel with Jersey Royals, Chilled Cucumber Gazpacho, Burnt Leek Mayonnaise, Wild Dild Pollen and Osietra Caviar.
2 x Dorset Crab*: Lasagne of Dorset Crab with a Cappuccino of Shellfish and Champagne Foam.
Foie Gras: Roast Escalope of Foie Gras with Gold Rush Apple, Macadamia Nut, Wild Thyme and Honey.
Cod: Slow Cooked Fillet of Cod with Creamed Potato, Morels, White Asparagus, Spring Garlic Leaf and Red Wine.
Lamb: Roast Saddle of West Country Lamb with Purple Garlic, Thyme Gnocchetti, Italian Artichokes, Sheep's Curd and Rosemary.

*When we complained to the waiter that there wasn't enough of our favorite dish - he very kindly gave the whole table an extra portion.
Wine:
The Wine was picked with help from the Sommelier, where we had the following:
White: Viognier Rosine (France).
White: Assyrtiko Cuvee (Greece)
Red: Gigondas Gardette (France).
Dessert: Torcolato.
Extras:
The restaurant furthermore served 4 additional tasters before dinner and a bag with macarones for the ladies when we left the restaurant.
Annette and Carlos also had a nice tour of the kitchen in the end of the evening.
