This time we got presented with a game - so each member of the Michelin club could pick their own favorite dishes. 1 member picked 5 dishes and 3 members picked 7 dishes. Underneath is the courses we ended up with:

2 x Foie Gras - "Rober Dupérier - Londes" - Nashi pear, smoked eel, chestnut mushroom

3 x Wild Garlic - "Lizard Point - Cornwall" - Snail, bigorre ham, ricotta

4 x Scallop - "Davy Price - Scotland" - Tandoori, carrot, citrus, coriander

2 x John Dory - "Borlewen - Looe, South Cornwall" - White asparagus, clam, yuzu, samphire

1 x Red Mullet - "Ahaldena - Saint-Jean de Luz" - Razor clam, chorizo, coco bean, "Ttoro"

2 x Sweetbread - "Limousin - France" - Lobster, girolle, pea, tarragon

3 x Lamb - "Axuria - Basque country" - Morel, spring vegetables, Lardo di Colonnata

2 x Duck - "Maison Burgaud - Challans" - Potato, Manuka honey, buckwheat

2 x Cheese plate (additional)

2 x Strawberry - "Gariguette - France" - Vanilla, thyme, olive oil

4 x Baba - "Francis Darroze - Bas-Armagnac" - Pineapple, Tahitia vanilla, passonfruit

1 x Chocolate - "Samana - Dominican Republic" - Lemon, hazelnut

Wine:

The Wine was picked with help from the Sommelier, where we had the following:

White: Risling Trocken (Germany).

Red: Laorum Syrah El (Argentina).

Dessert: Muskat Ottonel (Germany) + 1 gl. of SancerrChene (France).

Extras:

We got 3 tasters and some nice bread with spicy butter and smoky pharma ham before dinner and some small cakes after dinner. When we left the restaurant we all got a small box with a nice cake.

Annette and Carlos also got a nice kitchen tour in their busy hours, where we saw the hot kitchen in the basement.
