All 4 members in the Michelin Club went for the Tasting Menu, where the following dishes were served:
Pickled & preserved vegetables
Lobster & miso rolls
Crispy chicken skins, liver parfait & candied walnuts
Cornish Gouda scones with black truffle butter
Smoked London stracciatella - Salt-baked celeriac, black garlic & hazelnuts
Cured ocean trout - Pickled cranberries, golden baby beetroots
Cornish fish - Mussels, sea herbs & baby parsnips
Cotswolds venison - Trompette de la Mort & slow-cooked potatoes
2 x Cheese plates
White chocolate crémeux - Marjoram, sheep's yoghurt & russet apple
Wine:
The Wine was picked with help from the Waiter (the restaurant do not have a Sommelier), where we had the following:
White: 2 x Blankbottle, ‘Moment of Silence’ (South Africa)
Red: Guy Breton, ‘Cuvée Marylou’ Beaujolais Villages (France)
Port: 4 gl. Quinta da Romaneira Late Bottled Vintage Port
Dessert: 4 gl. Ca’ d’Gal, ‘Lumine’ Moscato d’Asti DOCG (Italy)
Extras:
We got 1 taster before dinner and 2 different small sweets after dinner.
Since the Kitchen was very small and totally open we skipped the Kitchen tour tthis time.
