Menu:

For the first time we got the opportunity for a Food and Beer Tasting menu - so all 4 members of the Michelin Club went for the 8 courses with Beer. The following Food and Beers were served:


Popadums and Tomato Chutney

Broccoli Chop - plum sauce. Served with Karvari Oyster Chilli Onion Chutney.

Grilled Scallop with Pawpaw, Poppy Seeds and Chilli Relish. Served with Peppered Shrimps - battered fried shrimps cooked in fiery masala.

Mini Vegetable Dosa - thin rice and lentil pancake filled with tempred potatoes, served with sambnar. Served with Mango Ginger Chicken - chicken fillet with ground spices, mango and ginger, cooked over a griddle.

Guilon Salad - heirloom tomatoes, baby gem, watermelon, squash, avocado, fennel and micro herbs with gurry leaves, goji berry dressing and balsamic glaze. Served with Baked Black Cod - subtly spiced , chunks of cod baked.clam, chorizo, coco bean, "Ttoro"

Kerala Chicken Roast - corn fed free range chicken morsels marinated with spices and amaranth leaves and roasted. Served with Cauliflower Chilli Fry (Gobi Kempu Bezule) - crispy fried cauliflower tossed with yougurt, green chilli and curry leaves.

Lamb Biryani - combinationof basmati cooked with traditional malabar spice in a sealed pot, served with pachadi. Served with Coconut with Asparagus and Snow Peas - suteed with mustard seeds, curry leaves, gren chilies and grated coconut.

Pistachio cake, melted black sesame fondant - Pistachio Ice cream

Extras:


We got some nice white and milk chocolates after dinner.


Annette and Carlos also got a nice kitchen tour in their big and pleasant kitchent.
