All 4 members in the Michelin Club went for the Tasting Menu, where the following dishes were served:
Scallop & Nori Tartlet
Oyster/Cucumber/Dill Granita
Langoustine/Fennel Pollen
Cornish Halibut/Celeriac/Onion/Truffle/Jus
1/2 Native Lobster Tail/Caviar/Sauce Jacqueline
Chicken leg/Maitake/Mushroom Broth
House Salad
Squab Pigeon/Beetroot/Ketchup/Grapes
Cheese Selection
Blood Orange/Yoghurt
Rhubarb & Custard

The Wine was picked with good help from the Sommelier, where we had the following:
White: 2 x Francois Thienpont (France)
Red: Cannonau Mora & Memo (Italy)
Port: Alves de Sousa Caldas Port
Dessert: Mount Horrocks Riesling 50CL (Australia)
Extras:
We got 4 tasters before dinner and 4 different small sweets after dinner. We also got a nice tour of their quite big kitchen and met the Master chef Alyn Williams who came and served the first dish at our table.
