Total Bill: £651.50 (as no service was added) but we decided to include an additional £88.50 in service charge to get the bill to £740.00.

For the second time we got the opportunity for a Food and Beer Tasting menu and since it had been 4 years since the last time - all 4 members of the Michelin Club went for the 9 courses with Beer. The following Food and Beers were served:


Canapés
‘Chaud froid’ hen’s egg, Pedro Ximénes, maple syrup
Homemade sourdough focaccia
Charred bream, radish, ginger and champagne
Oxford potato, truffled brandade, chestnut and hazelnut tuile

Dover Sole, N25 Oscietra caviar, spinach, chive velouté
Roast Devon Chicken, chanterelles, braised leg and truffle salad

2 x Cheese to share
3 x Valrhona chocolate, mango and lime, vanilla ice cream
1 x Vanilla créme brulée, walnut shortbread
Petits fours

Camden Hells Lager (London 4.6% abv)

Freedom Organic Helles Lager (Straffordshire, England 4.8% abv)
Toast Session IPA (London 4.5% abv)
Twickenham Fine Ales Grandstand (3.8% abv)
WorkShy 'FTSQ' IPA (Richmond 5.2% abv)
3 x Meantime Chocolate Porter (London 6.5% abv)
1 x Pilton Tomashanta Barrel-Fermented Cider (Somerset 4.5% abv)

Unfortunately because of Covid-19 we were not allowed to get the kitchen tour.
