Royale of Crozier Blue, Candied Hazelnuts & Warm Broccoli Velouté

Welsh Spider Crab,Pickled Melon, Sourdough Breadcrumbs & Fresh Almonds

Heirloom Beetroot Tart, Iced Feta Cheese & Wild Rocket OR

Lightly Oak-smoked Lamb's Sweetbread, Fresh Goat's Cheese & Chilled Sorrel

Ragout of New Caledonian King Prawns, Paimpol Beans, Tomato & Raspberry

Scottish Wild Salmon cooked in OliveOil, Eucalyptus, Globe Artichokes & Barigoule Sauce OR

Fricassée of Scottish Girolles Mushrooms & Monalisa Potato Gnocchi

Adour Foie Gras cooked in Fig Leaves, Young Turnip & Fresh Figs

Slow cooked Beef Onglet, 'Ayam Sioh', Confit Shallots & Cocklets in Salted Butter

Melilot Panna Cotta & Golden Delicious Apple Purée

Fine Cream Tart of Ceps, Blood Peach & Macadamia Nut Ice Cream

Iced Sweet Olive Oil Parfait & Mango Salad



Wine:


The Wine was picked with excellent help from the Sommelier, where we had the following:


White: 2011 Bodega Maranones Piccarana

Red: 2008 Le Coste Rosso Piu & 2007 Escoda Paradetes

Dessert: 2000 1/2 Chabanon Villard




Extras:


The restaurant furthermore served 2 different tasters before dinner and cookies and chocolates after dinner.


Annette and Carlos also went for the usual tour of the kitchen in the end of the evening after the worst pressure was over.


When we left the restaurant - the ladies got a small bag of bread to take home and in the bag we got a copy of the menu.
